This video features three original works exploring perception, orientation, and the quiet illusions that shape how we experience reality.
Parallel Perceptions
12 × 36 Acrylic on Canvas
Dubes, 2026
Parallel Perceptions reflects the way two people can experience reality side by side, close enough to touch, yet interpret the world through entirely different internal lenses. The composition places distinct visual fields adjacent but non-overlapping. Each vertical band holds its own logic, rhythm, and emotional temperature. Neither dominates. Neither corrects the other. They exist simultaneously, separated by only a narrow boundary, close enough to influence one another without collapsing into sameness. This work is rooted in perception rather than disagreement. Neuroscience tells us that no two brains render the world identically. Memory, trauma, chemistry, and experience quietly alter how color feels, how space resolves, how meaning forms. What one person experiences as calm, another may experience as tension. What one calls clarity, another calls noise. Love happens here. Not because perspectives merge, but because they don’t have to. Parallel Perceptions suggests that intimacy is not agreement, and understanding is not uniformity. The space between the bands becomes essential, it is the allowance that lets difference exist without threat. Love, in this framing, is not the erasure of contrast but the acceptance of proximity without demand. Two realities. One shared plane. No requirement to resolve.
The Arrival
48 × 36 Acrylic on Canvas
Dubes, 2025
This work does not depict an approaching moment. It acknowledges one that already passed. The Arrival is a quiet recognition of an ancient inner-dimensional visitation, not extraterrestrial in the cinematic sense, but something closer, subtler, and far older than our current narratives allow. I was born millennia after the first arrival. So were you. What persists is not proof, but imprint, a frequency embedded deep enough that it no longer needs belief to exist.
Gravity Up
48 × 36 Acrylic on Canvas
Dubes, 2026
Gravity Up explores a fundamental illusion at the core of human perception: the idea that the world has a fixed “right side up.” Biologically, our visual system does not show us reality as it is. Light entering the eye is inverted, projected upside down onto the retina—then reconstructed by the brain into a usable orientation. What we experience as upright space is not a direct observation of the world, but a continuous neurological correction. We do not see reality. We see a stabilized interpretation. This perceptual flip quietly shapes how we understand gravity. Because our brains anchor orientation to a reconstructed horizon, we assume gravity pulls “down,” toward a bottom. But gravity has no up or down. It is attraction toward mass—spacetime curvature without orientation. Gravity Up visualizes this misunderstanding. The vertical forms appear to rise, challenging the assumption that movement toward mass must look like falling. The composition disrupts visual certainty, suggesting that ascent and descent are perceptual artifacts—labels applied by a brain constantly correcting an inverted signal. What looks like upward motion is not defiance of gravity. It is exposure of the illusion. The painting presents gravity as a field rather than a direction, and perception as a translation rather than a truth. In doing so, it asks a quiet but destabilizing question: If our sense of “upright” is a neurological invention, what else about reality have we been flipping without noticing?
All the love, The Dubes
It all begins with a transmission.
Maybe it came in a dream.
Maybe during a trip.
Maybe it’s been echoing in your head for years.
BioMath
48×36 Acrylic on Canvas
Dubes, 2025
BioMath is a visual equation—part organism, part algorithm. It explores the intersection where biology and abstract mathematics collide, generating patterns that feel both chaotic and divinely intentional. This isn’t just paint on canvas—it’s a coded expression of how life organizes itself beneath what we can see. If you’re watching this video, take a moment to read the full description on YouTube. That’s where the conceptual math lives—the symbolic structure behind the brushstrokes. Without it, you’re only seeing half the formula.
All the Love,
Dubes
Make it resonate.
Maybe it started as a pattern you couldn’t unsee.
Maybe it was a formula disguised as a feeling.
Here, we don’t just share creative projects—we decode them.
Every stroke is data.
Every canvas is a blueprint.
Inside
My world
Welcome to the threshold. This is more than an art gallery—it’s a portal. Here, every piece is a transmission from beyond the veil, a bridge between dimensional frequencies and the human spirit. Our mission is to inspire transformation by revealing the unseen, inviting you to explore the beauty that lives just beyond ordinary perception.
